We provide residential HVAC diagnosis, repair, duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning within our stated service area.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges. The binding figure is the written quote given after on-site diagnosis. Once you approve a quote, that is the price — we don't revise it mid-job. The diagnostic fee is credited against the repair when you approve the work.
Cancellation
Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranty
Parts and labour warranty terms are stated on your invoice.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
