Raising a complaint

Email info@acrepairinfrisco.com or call us. Tell us what happened, when, and what you'd like done about it.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two business days and to resolve it within ten business days. If it's going to take longer, we'll tell you why.

If you're not satisfied

Licensed HVAC work in Texas is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. If we can't resolve your complaint, you can escalate it to them.
