You’ve seen them. Whole-home duct cleaning for under a hundred dollars, then the crew arrives and finds mould, or a “system-wide sanitisation” requirement, and the bill lands somewhere north of $700.
That model is why people don’t trust duct cleaning companies.
We price by home size and vent count, we tell you the number before we come out, and that’s what you pay. If we find something genuinely wrong, we’ll show you and quote it separately — you decide, not the technician standing in your hallway.

Not included, and we’ll never spring it on you: sanitising treatments, mould remediation, or ductwork repair. If your ducts need any of those, we’ll photograph the problem and quote it as a separate job.
Does your home actually need this?
Duct cleaning is oversold. Here’s when it genuinely helps:
- You’ve just renovated. Construction dust gets into the return side and stays there.
- You’ve moved into a house that had pets and you’re reacting to something.
- Visible dust blowing from vents, or dust settling again within a day of cleaning.
- A rodent or insect problem that reached the ductwork.
- Nobody’s cleaned them in ten years or more and the return vents look grey.
And when it doesn’t:
- As an annual routine. Most homes don’t need it more than every five to seven years.
- To fix weak airflow. That’s usually a filter, a blower motor or a duct leak — cleaning won’t touch it. That’s an AC repair job
- To fix allergies on its own. It can help. It isn’t a treatment.

Every supply and return in the house, removed and cleaned rather than vacuumed through the grille.
Trunk lines
Negative-air machine on the main runs, with agitation to lift what’s bonded to the duct wall.
Blower compartment
Where the worst of it collects. Cleaning ducts and leaving the blower dirty puts it straight back.
Before and after photos
You get pictures of your own ductwork. Not stock images of somebody else’s.
